Our hourly packages don’t expire for six months, giving your recipient plenty of time to choose when to apply our magic wands to their time or project problems. And, any time you buy a block of more than five hours, you get a discount. Package hours are used the same way as regular hours… a one hour minimum for any service call, then 15 minute increments apply. You have six months to use any hours purchased in a block and you can use them up on multiple calls, all at once, or over the whole six months. It’s up to you. Expired hours are not refunded.
- 1-5 hours – $35/hr
- 6-15 hours – $32/hr
- 16-25 hours – $30/hr
- 26-40 hours – $28/hr
Or, buy one of our special packages, tailored to make the stressful times in your life easier:
- Basic Home Check – $20 a day: Daily home check including rotating lights on/off, picking up mail & newspaper, opening and closing blinds, adjusting your air conditioning or heating settings, checking all locks, and watering plants. (Minimum of 3 days)
- Premium Home Check – $30 a day: Includes everything in the Basic Home Check plus taking out the trash out on your trash day, putting out fresh towels in the bathrooms and clean sheets on your beds for when you return home. In addition, we will do your grocery shopping and have a meal prepared for you and in your refrigerator when you return home. (Minimum of 4 days) (price of groceries not included)
- Senior Care Package – $185: 1.5 hours a week for 4 weeks (total of 6 hours per 4 week period). We will visit with your loved one, complete their errand list, and pick up their groceries once a week. We will follow up with the family members every week to keep you informed of your loved one’s status. (price of groceries or incidental costs from errands not included)
- New Parent Package – $125: 4 hours of service, includes 1 trip to your favorite grocery store to do your grocery shopping and 1 trip for diapers, formula and baby needs (Babies ‘R Us or similar), PLUS picking up your 2 favorite take out meals. It’s a great shower gift! (price of meal, groceries, etc., not included)
- Mom’s Day Out Package – $150: 4 hours of service, includes 1 grocery store trip to do Mom’s grocery shopping, one errand trip (returns, dry cleaning, post office, movie rentals, personal shopping etc., can include multiple stops) and one take-out meal pick-up for the family! Give Mom a day off without making her worry about nothing getting done that day. (price of meal, groceries, etc., not included)
- Custom Corporate Concierge Service Packages – Varies: We’ll work with you to tailor a package to perfect for your team, employees or business. Research shows time and again that more salary isn’t always the best motivator, reward or retention tool for employees. Buy corporate blocks of concierge time and reward your employees with less stress and more freedom during their non-work hours. Our basic, a la carte rates for services are:
- Concierge Services are $35/hr. There is a one hour minimum, then we charge in 15min. increments, rounded up. So, if your service request takes one hour and seven minutes door-to-door, the charged time would be one hour and 15 minutes, or $43.75. Hourly rates do not include the cost of groceries bought, meals or items purchased, etc.
- Concierge Services on weekends/after regular working hours are $50/hr. Our regular working hours are Monday-Friday from 9 to 4. If your service request is placed after 4 pm, we’re happy to take care of it, but you will pay the weekend/after hours rate of $50/hour plus costs.
- Concierge Services on Holidays are $75/hr. (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July)
Important Notes: We begin tracking time for your project when we leave the door of Tulsa Custom Concierge, LLC or when we start research or other work needed to accomplish your request (seeking the best party venue for a 5-year-olds’ princess party, for instance!). We prefer 24hr notice but do understand emergencies happen. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests and we’ll let you know up front what the delivery timeframe is expected to be.
